Ouse Properties offers luxury self catering apartments for the traveller who's looking for more flexibility during their stay. Situated in the heart of York City Centre alongside the River Ouse each apartment offers it's own picturesque views of the river.

With the majority of York's visitor attractions, shops, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, what could be more convenient. Plus you can also take advantage of our free private gated carpark for the duration of your stay.

Each of our apartments offer you open plan living / dining and kitchen areas and separate bathroom with either double or twin bed accommodation. To accommodate larger groups or families a further double bed is available within the lounge via a pull-out sofa bed.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens including breakfast/dining area, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, plenty of cookware and is stocked on arrival with tea, coffee, milk. With the option of ordering a breakfast basket to provide your first morning breakfast, choosing from either a continental or cooked breakfast basket.
